I am one of lecturer in Informatics (Computer Science) Department at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science of Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. I received both B.IT. and M.IT. degree in Computer Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (The National University of Malaysia) , Malaysia. I completed my bachelor degree in 2003 with final project related to Malay-English dictionary for mobile phone. Then I completed my master degree in 2007 with master thesis related to jawi image segmentation by using Voronoi diagram. My current researches are related to agricultural commodity system and learning programming application. In 2011 and 2014, I got “Dosen muda” research grant from Syiah Kuala university. And in 2017, I got “Penelitian produk terapan” research grant from Kemenristekdikti. The title of my current research is “Pengembangan aplikasi pembelajaran pemrograman menggunakan metode pemecahan masalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dasar pemrograman”. I’m also active in elearning program, so my current interests are educational application. For example application to learn programming, mathematics, physics.
