On Sunday, April 5, 2026, the Informatics Student Association (HMIF) of Syiah Kuala University successfully आयोजित an upgrading activity at Pantai Rinting. Carrying the theme “Harmoni Aksara: Bergerak Seirama, Menuliskan Cerita” (Harmony in Motion: Moving Together, Writing the Story), the event aimed to foster unity and strengthen relationships among the organization’s members.
This upgrading activity was designed to enhance camaraderie, improve communication, and build harmonious collaboration among departments. Through this event, all members were expected to get to know each other better and create a solid, collaborative organizational environment.
The activity began with participants gathering at 07:00 AM at two designated meeting points, followed by a joint departure at 08:00 AM to the venue. Upon arrival at Pantai Rinting, the event opened with a morning exercise session to boost energy and create a positive atmosphere.
The formal session was hosted by Urfan and Ahmad Hanif, followed by opening remarks from Muhammad Milan Ramadhan Mulizar as the Chief Organizer and Muhammad Syukri as the Head of HMIF. In their speeches, they expressed hope that the activity would strengthen solidarity and enhance cooperation among HMIF members. This was followed by an introduction session involving all departments, the executive board (DPH), presidium, and staff as an initial step toward building closer connections.
The agenda continued with a prayer led by Habib Nuran Mulkan, followed by a series of interactive and collaborative games. These activities were specifically designed to improve communication skills, foster teamwork, and create a fun and harmonious atmosphere among participants.
Afterward, participants took a break for ISOMA (rest, prayer, and meal) before continuing with the next session. The second round of games further strengthened interaction and bonding among departments. Throughout the event, participants showed great enthusiasm and actively engaged in all activities.
The event concluded with a group photo session as documentation, followed by the announcement of game winners and prize distribution as a form of appreciation.
Through this upgrading activity, it is hoped that all HMIF USK 2026 members will build stronger relationships, enhance interdepartmental collaboration, and maintain harmonious connections. This event also marks a positive beginning in strengthening teamwork and unity for future organizational programs.
