Dr. Muzailin Affan is a lecturer at the Department of Informatics, Universitas Syiah Kuala. He graduated a PhD in Remote sensing from Tohoku University, Japan and obtained a master degree in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. Before that, he also receive a bachelor degree in mathematics science majoring informatics at the ITS SUrabaya. His current research interests include remote sensing and Geographical Information System (GIS) that captures, store, analyzes, manages, and presents data that are linked to location.
