Juwita joined University of Syiah Kuala in 2008. She was officially legitimated as lecturer in 2014. She acheived her bachelor degree in University Of Syiah Kuala at Engineering department in 2004. She then pursued her Magister Degree in University Of Budi Luhur at Computer Science Faculty supported by Government of Aceh Province incorporated with Budi Luhur University. Her Thesis was about assesment of internal customer satisfaction to IT division. That research was taken place in University Of Budi Luhur. She got her master degree of computer (M.Kom) in 2006 which concentration Information Management System.
