I completed my undergraduate studies at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh in 2020, then continued my master’s degree at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and graduated in 2022. After completing my master’s education, I gained industry experience at Pertamina International Shipping until 2024. On August 1st, 2024, I joined the Informatics Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, at Syiah Kuala University as a lecturer. My research interests focus on Software Success Measurement, Software Engineering, Technology Engagement Study, and User-Centric Software Analysis. I explore the effectiveness, adoption, and user satisfaction of software systems to ensure that the developed technology is not only functional but also provides an optimal user experience. My research aims to bridge the gap between software development and user needs by analyzing the factors influencing software success and user engagement with technology.
